ESPtoy is a copyrighted product of Burney Waring, but is provided for free for non-commercial purposes.By sharing or using ESPtoy, you agree to be governed by this license.
You can use ESPtoy if you are an employee of a corporation for your own learning. You can use it as a student at a college or university. You can use it for mentoring and coaching your own staff in a corporation. Have fun! Please share it with your friends!
No one may use this free version of ESPtoy for commercial purposes. What are commercial purposes? Here are some examples:
- Using ESPtoy to teach where you are paid to do so, for example including by being paid a salary or a fee by a university, organization, or corporation, and having a class (in a classroom or online) about ESPs that uses ESPtoy
- Handing out ESPtoy to potential customers as a form of advertising
- Using ESPtoy it in a commercial training center, college or university course or class whether face-to-face or virtually
If you think you may want to use ESPtoy for commercial purposes, contact me. I'm sure we can reach and agreement that helps us both. I would provide you with a custom version and perhaps with additional content.
Absolutely no one may modify ESPtoy or its files in any way. I want people to share it and, for example, don't want multiple versions, commercial adaptations, or malicious code shared.
